Nanyang Jinguan Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in supplying RTV glass insulators worldwide, composed of steel cap, toughened glass part and steel foot combined with cement adhesive, with RTV (room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber) coating on the surface. The top of the steel foot has a soft gasket, and the inner cavity of the cap and pin ends at the contact point with the cement adhesive are covered by asphalt to buffer possible damage during thermal expansion and contraction. The RTV coating provides strong hydrophobicity, long-term pollution resistance, low surface leakage current, and maintenance-free operation, widely used in various transmission lines.
