Nanyang Jinguan Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in supplying anti-fog suspension porcelain insulators worldwide, composed of iron cap, porcelain part and steel foot, bonded with cement adhesive. A soft gasket is placed on the top of the steel foot before bonding. The inner cavity of the iron cap and the steel foot are coated with asphalt layer at the contact point with the cement adhesive, mainly acting as a buffer to prevent damage during thermal expansion and contraction. The porcelain part is mainly used for insulation, featuring high mechanical strength, good arc resistance, chemical stability and thermal stability, not easy to age. Anti-fog design increases creepage distance for improved flashover resistance, widely used in various transmission lines at home and abroad, especially in heavy pollution and foggy areas.
